1. The definition of holistic is relating to the idea that things should be studied as a whole and not just as a sum of their parts.
My Holistic approach to every Real Estate transaction is one that deals with the whole customer experience from start to finish and not just certain items or aspects of the transaction. I take a broad spectrum, long view of the whole realty transaction, taking the client from the very first consultation where we sit down to discuss your real estate needs and how I can find the right solutions, to the pre-qualification and showing process and all the way through closing and after.
Unlike some other Real Estate professionals who in a buying scenario for example will only deal with the showing, offer and contract ratification stages of the realty transaction, I guide and make myself available to counsel my clients through every step of the process including their pre-qualification, offers, contract ratification, contingencies, home inspections, loan process, closing and move-in/out.
With me as your Realtor, you never have to feel alone or feel like you have to navigate through the process mostly on your own. I provide a guiding hand for the new home buyer/seller as well as a strong sounding board for the experienced homebuyer/seller or investor.You never to worry about your agent dropping the ball or have to get caught unawares by events or situations that should have been foreseen through proper research and analysis. I set a very clear and realistic expectation of what every client should expect from me at the very first consultation and I always aim to exceed your expectations. My assignment is not complete until my client is in their new home or out of their old home successfully and satisfactorily. Above all, I do all these with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
